Chandler, Arizona -  Managed by Troon Golf, Ocotillo Golf Resort adheres to the highest standards of course conditions and customer service, creating an incredible experience at what has become known as one of Arizona’s finest daily-fee facilities. Designed by Ted Robinson, Ocotillo Golf Resort opened in 1986 and is recognized as a Top 50 Resort by Golf World and a 4 1/2 star golf course by Golf Digest.
               
A traditional-style course, Ocotillo Golf Resort’s lush fairways, cascading waterfalls and colorful flora offer a unique contrast to the desert landscaped courses that permeate the Valley.
               
Ocotillo Golf Resort features three nine-hole courses played in combinations with yardages ranging from 6,782 to 7,016 from the back tees and 5,128 to 5,134 from the forward tees. The first round will take place on the Blue-Gold combination which plays as the most difficult, with a rating of 72.2 and slope of 133 from the back tees.  Our final round will be played on the White-Gold courses for a great finishing set-up for the players.
               
The water features are both beautiful and dramatic and are integral part of Robinson’s vision.  The layout offers generous fairways and landing areas, creating birdie opportunities for golfers who think their way around the course.  Players will be provided with lunch after their round on Saturday.

This event will be a double point event for the Player of the Year standings.  Those that are looking to build their status for the AJGA (American Junior Golf Association) will have a chance at tournaments exemption and performance stars in the Boys 15-19 division.

Tee times are now posted with action beginning at 10:48 am both days.  Come out and enjoy a great weekend on the course with some of the Valley’s finest junior golfers.
